Library
The Middle and Senior School Library is open daily during morning and afternoon break times. A staff Librarian is ably assisted by children who fulfil a role of responsibility as Librarians.
The Library is a multifunctional facility. It provides a calm and welcoming environment for pupils to enjoy quiet reading, to get ahead with written homework, for internet research or simply to play a quiet game of chess.
The Library stocks a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books as well as two computers, which are available for homework or research. To aid children in their book choices, the fiction area is divided into a Years 3 and 4 section and another for Years 5 to 8. The non-fiction area is also subdivided into different subject areas, dictionaries and encyclopedias.
