Year 3 residential to Burwell House
Year 3 went on their first Kingshott residential trip. An hours journey delivered them to Burwell House where they used their science, geography, maths and English skills. They built amazing shelters, went pond dipping and built wind sticks to find the direction of the wind. They had to drop an egg from a 3 – storey building, trying not to break it. Throughout they ate like Lords, behaved impeccably and were a credit to themselves and to our school. But how did they sleep?! No comment!
