The Kingshott Parents Association (KPA) is a registered charity run by volunteer parents and teachers, dedicated to bringing the Kingshott community together through inclusive events, fundraising initiatives and memorable experiences for pupils, parents and staff, while supporting school enrichment projects and charitable causes.

Charlotte Langford Chair, Kingshott Parents' Association

Charlotte joined the KPA when her son was in Year 1 after seeing how much the children enjoyed the events and experiences created by the association. As Chair, Charlotte helps lead the committee, supports the planning of community events and works closely with volunteers to help bring ideas to life for the wider Kingshott community. Under her leadership, the KPA has continued to organise much-loved events including a Cheese and Wine night, the Christmas Fair, Easter Fair and school discos, while encouraging new ideas and wider parent involvement.

Our Achievements

Thanks to the incredible support of parents, teachers, volunteers and pupils, the KPA has made a meaningful impact across the Kingshott community through fundraising, events and charitable initiatives, including:

Raising over £10,000 for Garden House Hospice Care
Donating gifts to the Salvation Army for 132 families and more than 350 children
Supporting charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Natasha’s Allergy Research Foundation
Contributing funds towards the Kingshott Pavilion
Hosting large-scale community events including the annual Fireworks Night
Introducing new playground games for pupils
Continuing to support the school eco-garden
