After School Care and Breakfast Club
We know that working parents often find it difficult to juggle work and the school day. In an attempt to help, Kingshott provides wraparound care, before school from 7.45am, and after school until 5.30pm.
Breakfast Club is an opportunity for the children to enjoy a relaxed, sociable and healthy start to the day. Overseen by members of staff, breakfast is eaten in The Taste Place.
After School Care is provided for Nutkins and Pre-Prep children, and runs until 5.30pm. Qualified staff oversee this time where children enjoy the outdoors, engage in constructive games or simply enjoy watching a DVD. A light tea is provided.
Children from Year 3 to 8 may choose from a wide range of after school activities or hobbies, or they may go to Prep, which is a supervised homework session. At 4.15pm all children staying for activities or prep are given afternoon tea.
