Kingshott Honorary Award
We have always been proud of the excellent academic and pastoral grounding we provide for all our students during their time in our community.
The Kingshott Honorary Award programme is designed to recognise students with exceptional talents and skills across a variety of fields, and to nurture and further develop those abilities throughout their time at the school. This is a wholly academic award; there is no bursary provision or reduction in fees associated with it.
Kingshott Honorary Awards are offered in Academic, Art, Drama, Music and Sport to students joining Year 7 and Year 9 who demonstrate a high level of ability or potential, combined with genuine enthusiasm for their chosen discipline.
Award holders benefit from targeted tutoring in their area of talent, alongside a range of additional enrichment opportunities. Awards are granted on merit to the highest-performing candidates in the Kingshott Honorary Award Assessment, which takes place in January.
We encourage all recipients to make a meaningful contribution to their field at Kingshott and to engage wholeheartedly with the opportunities available to them, embracing each chance to develop their skills and pursue their interests with dedication and curiosity.
