A Safe, Supportive Environment to Thrive
Our approach to wellbeing is designed to give parents confidence that their child is safe, supported and able to thrive. We provide a fully staffed medical centre and access to professional counselling services, ensuring pupils receive prompt care for both physical and emotional needs.
Wellbeing, Leadership and Character
Our carefully planned pastoral curriculum supports mental health, resilience and personal development, while embedding British values and promoting consistently positive behaviour.
Parents often ask how students are supported day to day, our dedicated form teachers play a key role, building strong relationships and providing daily guidance and reassurance.
We also prioritise student voice and leadership, offering a wide range of pupil leadership opportunities that help build confidence and responsibility.
Our four houses, Attenborough, Parks, Pankhurst and Hawking, create a strong sense of identity and belonging, encouraging teamwork, healthy competition and community spirit. Our House System recognises and rewards pupil achievement, effort and positive behaviour. Pupils earn house points for demonstrating core values such as academic success, teamwork and resilience.
