Kingshott goes yellow for Garden House Hospice
Today we are all wearing yellow in support of Garden House Hospice who are based in Letchworth. By ‘Going Yellow’ and donating £1, we are helping raise vital funds for Garden House Hospice Care services, all of which will go to improving the lives of so many people who are cared for and supported by the Hospice.
Susannah from GHH along with her friend Harry the bear joined us for assembly where we learned what our donation will mean to the hospice. GHH need to raise almost £5 million in charitable income each year to continue to provide free hospice care to patients and families in North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and towns and villages in Central Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. It costs £270 per hour to run the in patient rooms so every bit helps.
TOTAL RAISED £754.95
