Kingshott School is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic market town of Hitchin, in North Hertfordshire, which has previously been listed among The Times’ ‘Top 10 Best Places to Live in the UK’.

Hitchin is a wonderful town for families, offering a wide range of activities for children and parents alike, including numerous sports clubs, youth organisations, performing arts opportunities, and much more. The town is also renowned for its vibrant food scene, with an impressive variety of cuisines represented. Each July, the Hitchin Festival brings the community together for a month-long celebration of art, culture, and local life, featuring more than 100 events. Hitchin is also home to the well-known Hitchin Lavender Farm, a favourite destination for visitors and residents throughout the summer months.

Kingshott School enjoys great transport links, being just two miles from the A1(M) and only 10 miles from the M1. We are  within easy reach of Stevenage, St Albans, Letchworth, Harpenden, Luton and Baldock.
