Shhhhh... the Nursery children enjoy going on a 'sound hunt'!
The Nursery children enjoyed getting suited up in their waterproofs during the rain to go on ‘a sound hunt’ around Kingshott's lovely grounds.
They tried to listen out for swishy, swashy grass, crunching leaves, chirping birds and rumbling trucks. One of the main sounds they heard all around the grounds was the rustling of their new trousers!
As well as their sound hunt adventures, Nursery children have also been reading lots of traditional tales and been busy with activities based on Goldilocks and the three Bears. They turned their home corner into a cottage for the three bears and even had to make a ‘missing’ poster when they couldn’t find baby bear!
Each and every week at Kingshott Nursery is filled with adventurous learning for children aged 3 upwards.
