A technicolour dream of a performance
Last week, the Year 3 and 4 children performed their production of ‘Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’ to their parents, and all the pupils at Kingshott. They worked extremely hard, and were rewarded with a wonderful reception by their audiences, even attaining a standing ovation from the school! Every form showcased their skills on stage, including moving swiftly from scene to scene, standing in the right places (harder than you might imagine!), remembering where and when to collect props and THEN the acting. There was more than one stand out performance in the show, but all the pupils had ‘their moment’ and made the most of it. They then had masses of fun rounding off the show with a ‘Joseph Megamix’, I’m not sure who enjoyed this more – the pupils or the audience! The children proved to be extremely accomplished in ‘the Arts,’ and we all look forward to their subsequent performances. Well done. Mrs Adams is extremely proud of them all.
