Year 1 become Earth Explorers!
The Freshwater Theatre Company visited Kingshott so that the children of Year 1 could became Earth Explorers - travelling to different parts of the globe and finding out about the different climates around the world. The children had a wonderful afternoon learning about seasons and months, and packed their kit bags ready for their adventures. They became elephants in India splashing in the puddles from the monsoon rain, they became camels in the hot dry desert in Africa and penguins in the cold polar region of the South Pole. It was a fun and informative afternoon and all the children had a great time learning more as part of their Geography topic.
